A three hour repair took 5.5 hours. My car was not washed or vacuumed inside. I found this disappointing.

This was my first time buying from a dealership, and Dylan was so helpful and nice throughout the whole process! He was patient and made the experience personal, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Only bad thing I have to say is he can't drive stick, and the car I bought was a manual. Other than that 5 stars!!!

Loren was phenomenal! I arrived impromptu due to an engine error en route from St. Paul to Milwaukee (where I live) and during a winter blizzard advisory no-less, and was visibly shaken, as I was traveling solo and unfamiliar with the area. Loren was able to squeeze me in right away and kept me informed throughout the process. He was gentle with his inquiries and really calmed my nerves. The appointment was for 10 but my car wasn’t taken back for 1.5 hours. My husband was waiting in the waiting room and instead they called me. He wasn’t kept updated on status and wasted a lot of time. Additionally, I was charged for a battery at my last visit and it’s dead.
Absolute top notch team. Drove in from twin cities (95m) took care of many aspects of my purchase over the phone. Arrived, wasn’t pressured, they stayed open to close the deal. In and out in less than two hours, and will drive it out to me free when the protection packages are done! We would definitely buy again from Hunter and this dealership.

Volkswagen of Eau Claire Wi is convenient to my address making it an obvious choice for shopping. They had a new vehicle with our preferred options and their prices were acceptable to us. So far a good dealership that treats the customer well and fairly.

I had several small issues that needed attention. I was told my wait time would be an hour, possibly a little more. It was just about an hour. One suggestion I have would be to make the waiting area a little warmer; I needed to wrap my coat around my legs to stay warm enough while I waited. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

I was able to set up the appointment and was able to discuss the problem with Tyler. I was provided with a very nice loner car, and the assumption was it was going to be a long duration repair. I got the Passat down to Eau Claire on that Tuesday morning and by that afternoon they had it fixed. I had to wait until Friday to pick it up but that was because of a snowstorm and Thanksgiving. Got her back to running great THANKS

Pros- Car was serviced in a timely fashion and cleaned well as part of the service. Communication was outstanding. Tyler was great. Cons- The waiting area was spartan compared to my other premium brand service experiences (Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes, and even Hyundai). You need a coat hook in the bathroom. I was hoping to talk to a sales rep, but never saw one in the hour plus I was waiting.
I had a very positive and smooth experience with the dealership and Jackson. He wasn’t pushy and I would go back to him for another car.
I was approved quickly with a lower credit score for a nice vehicle and affordable payments. The staff was great and I had a very fast walk in and walk out with a great car experience!

Work completed well, friendly and thorough. My only recommendation would be that the dealership(s) in this area contact cell phone companies about the lack of service available and ask for a booster. The WiFi available is appreciated but if I’m trying to do work while waiting I need a more secure connection.
I had appointment at 1 PM didn’t leave until 3:30 PM 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation . Plus was charged $3.98 for topping off my windshield washer fluid. I had just filled it myself a week before so I know it didn’t take no bottle.

Everyone at the dealership is very good. I like all of them. I can buy both drive axels for 200$ and an upgraded entire front end suspension kit for $300- $800.. so I get more perts for less and I do the work myself for about $700 in parts. My issue is I know how bad your ripping people off as company. Why don’t you run a special to fix people’s cars for a reasonable price? Your prices are stupid, I might as well buy a bunch of beater cars instead of wasting my money on $6000
